The city of Stirling is perhaps best known for its historical contributions in the form of the stunning castle and nearby Wallace Monument, but the city has a lot more besides and presents a great Stirlingshire base for anyone with work or free time to spend in the area.
Calsay House is a charming Victorian bed and breakfast guest house, situated in a quiet residential area of the city yet convenient for its numerous attractions. Proprietors Ann and James extend to visitors the warmest welcome to Stirling and to the friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms of their bed and breakfast guest house.
The location of Calsay House is midway between the University and the city centre and convenient for both. Retaining much of its Victorian styling and character, the guest house has proved very popular with visitors to the city and as a friendly stop over on route to the highlands. Ann and James will be happy to suggest the best ways to spend some time in the city and provide guest with all the best local information during their stay.
Three double bedrooms are available, two with en suite facilities and the third with a private bathroom. All are freshly decorated, benefit from central heating and are equipped with televisions, DVD players, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities.
The front bedroom has a king sized bed which can be separated into two singles and the other two bedrooms look out onto the beautiful rear garden. Free Wifi access is available throughout and there is ample off-street parking for guests.
Tariff for accommodation is £25 to £35 per person per night and includes a full cooked breakfast or delicious alternatives. Prices are based on two people sharing with single occupancy from £35 to £50 per night. For the comfort of all guests smoking and pets are not permitted.
